What are the advantages of our training being certified by DGERT?

The certification of training entities, provided for in Ordinance nº 851/2010, of 6 September, is a global recognition of the capacity of a training entity to organize and carry out specialized training in certain areas of education and training. It means, therefore, that ELAN RH meets all the necessary requirements so that the entire training process takes place with the highest levels of quality.

Guarantee

Guarantee that you are doing your training in a company recognized for its pedagogical merit, stable and with a regular and continuous practice;

Recognition

Recognition by the market of a reputable entity certified as suitable for the training activity;

Individual Skills Record

Insertion of training in the Individual Skills Register. It is a technological instrument of registration, which includes all your recognized training. Employers can consult this register and, in general, companies validate more the training certified by DGERT;

Tax Advantages

Tax Advantages: the amounts paid are considered educational expenses for IRS purposes, and up to 30% of the training value can be deducted.

VAT exempt

ELAN RH training courses are exempt from VAT, which allows us to maintain more affordable prices;

legal compliance

Training valid for the legal fulfillment of the 40h/year to which all companies are obliged, in accordance with the provisions of the Legislation.
